Reviews
Had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel and found the place to be modern, with spacious rooms and at a convenient location right next to the train station and near the famed Tsukiji outer market.
The value you get is totally worth it as the hotel has some higher end finishes with lots of great people working there and all the amenities that are needed. Would definitely recommend the place!
Great hotel with an even better location. The room is very spacious and offers a walk in shower with a bath. There is a subway and a convenience store right downstairs within a 2 minute walk. I would say the hotel is foreigner friendly as well as the staff speaks English and they are super nice and polite! Bonus point is that the hotel also lets you leave your suit case when you check out to explore the area and then come back and pick up your belongings. Overall, highly recommend.
Very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room.
The room that i get was not cleaned at all. Bed sheet wasn’t replace from previous guest, lots of hair, floor was dirty, lots of dust, and food crumbs, the toilet is disgusting, as shown on the photo,
The manager on duty replace us with new room, so the second room, bed sheet was clean, bit better but i can see its not clean properly too, especially the toilet seat, i can see urine on the seat, your hotel need to train your housekeeping properly, very bad experience for me as first timer to Japan, the other 2 hotel i stayed before is clean.
So make sure if you guys book this hotel check first
Perfect hotel for our holidays.
The room 506 is amazing with a good view. Very clean every day.
The hotel so close to Tsukiji metro station so perfect to move on tokyo.
Breakfast good for every taste
Great hotel located in neighborhood that doesn't feel crowded. Walkable to 2 subway stations & convenience stores (Lawson, Family Mart & 7-Eleven). Location is super duper great, near to Tsukiji market & Ginza which is about 10 MIN walking distance from the hotel. Room and bathroom are big and modern, in comparison to the standard in Tokyo. Friendly front desk staff.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED & DEFINITELY WILL BE BACK AGAIN FOR MY NEXT VISIT TO TOKYO
Great hotel with friendly and knowledgeable front desk staff. The location in Ginza is fantastic as it’s high end retail but very quiet at night. The view was great on the 14th floor if you get the superior room. We could see center-Tokyo …
The hotel is new, located in a quiet street but close walking distance to Ginza, subway station with elevator from ground level. One inconvenience was that it was very difficult to communicate with the staff. Even before I ask anything …
